After your arrival, you will be driven to Negombo. Check into the hotel and relax with your loved ones.
On your second day, explore the lively city of Negombo. You can get to know its rich records in culture and history. Stroll in the streets to discover the colourful markets, which offer a chance to interact with locals. Continue to Sigiriya. En route make a stop at Pinnawala Elephant Sanctuary, where injured elephants are being taken care of. Conclude the day at Sigiriya.
Climb Sigiriya in the morning. Explore the breathtaking views and its ancient fortress. In the afternoon, move to Polonnaruwa. It was known as the second capital city in the past. Historic ruins, ancient temples and some other magnificent sites can be seen here. Return to Sigiriya for an overnight stay.
Discover the historic ruins and revered temples of the ancient city of Anuradhapura in the morning. Afterwards, head back to Habarana for a thrilling jeep safari at Minneriya National Park, which is well known for its huge elephant herds.
Leave for Kandy en route and visit Dambulla Cave Temple, which is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can see the vibrant Buddhist murals and statues. You can admire the statues, which display Lord Buddha’s life while enjoying stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Proceed to Spice Garden to learn about spices like cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, etc.

Proceed to Nuwara Eliya from Kandy. Visit a tea factory and admire the tea plantations. You can learn about the tea-making process at a tea factory and plantations. Following that explore Nuwara Eliya’s picturesque lake, botanical garden and colonial architecture on a city tour.
Hike Horton Plains in the morning. The beautiful views of nature help you to evolve with nature. Explore Nuwara Eliya and take in the picturesque surroundings, peaceful lake and colonial charm in the afternoon.
Enjoy a picturesque train journey to Ella. It is a charming town in Sri Lanka that is renowned for its magnificent natural setting. Views of Ella Rock, Nine Arches Bridge and the splendour of verdant surroundings are enjoyable. Its calm surroundings and cool climate make it the ideal place for leisure and outdoor recreation.
On the tenth day of your trip, proceed to Yala after exploring Ella. Enjoy an exhilarating jeep safari in the afternoon at Yala National Park, where you can see the variety of the ecosystem. It is renowned for having a wide variety of wildlife such as elephants, leopards and several bird species. This part of your journey will always be a special memory.
Go to Galle for a relaxing beach vacation. Experience a charming boat ride on the Madu River, which is surrounded by lush mangroves. See baby turtles and learn more about conservation efforts by going to a turtle farm. The perfect mix of excitement and leisure can be found in the Bentota Rivers water sports like jet skiing and thrilling boat rides.
On your last day, discover Colombo before you head to the airport if time permits.
